10:00am
Ate pork satay at Gelora Tri Sakti, Legian. In the past, the stall served turtle meat but now they serve pork. This is the best satay I've tried!
The meat is succulent, tender, sweet and marinated with Balinese spices! Unlike normal stay, no peanut gravy is needed. Its served with salt and chili.
Should you try? Yes. This is the best satay in the world!
11:00am
On the way to Batik Sari Amerta, I saw this man selling fried sesame ball (I think) and also bakso in motor.
Batik is made by this traditional machine
Should visit? Yes if you never seen batik before. Else skipped this visit and go to the next!

Its time for lunch again. We stop at Babi Guling Ibu Oka which is famous for..er.... Babi Guling (roast suckling)
30,000 IDR set comes with juicy pork, crispy pork skin, stuffing, vegetables and rice
Should visit? Yes though its not as tasty as nasi kerabu or BBQ pork rice, you should try because its one of Bali's signature dish.
1:00pm
Goa Gajah means elephant cave but Bali does not have elephant! They are all imported from Kalimantan. Anyway, its belief that a Raja built Goa Gajah to meditate.
Entrance fee is 15,000 IDR.
There a small cave there Raja and his subordinate meditate. Balinese created Tune Hotel long time ago. See the size of it.
Should visit? No. There are better place to visit in Bali such as Tanah Lot, Uluwatu and Pura Titra Empul
1.40pm
Dw Malem Wood Carving - Nothing much to talk about here but I found a sexy gravure Balinese model laying down by the rice field.
1.50pm
Went to see water fall which I forgot the name. Anyway, don't go. You have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the bottom.
Sorry, don't know what is the name of the water fall... hehehe
By the way, I was told that Toyota Avanza cost 150,000,000 IDR! That's really cheap.
3:00pm
Taman Ayun another temple just bigger. Entrance fee is 3000 IDR
Should visit? No. The place is big but most of the structures are barricaded. Visitors can only see from a far
3:30pm
Bought rojak outside of Taman Ayun. This fruit rojak is so so only. Don't buy. Don't try. 5000 IDR per pack
Should you try? No. Just eat the fruits fresh instead.
4:00pm
Tanah Lot is the best place to go besides Ulawatu. Japanese government loan 800 billion rupiah to Indonesia government to restore the place. You are literally visiting a USD $130 million property!
Entrance fee is 10,000 IDR.
We bought 10,000 IDR pork satay again! Not as delicious but still taste good. The stall is located inside the entrance.
Bought BBQ corn for 5000 IDR. Not really nice but you try to satisfy your curiosity.
A ceremony just ended. Lucky enough we catch a glimpse of the event. Look at that beautiful......
Wall's beach umbrella
The majestic temple floating above the sea
Kueh Ondeh only 3000 IDR

6:00pm
On our way Seminyak you will notice many such petrol kiosk.
We found this road side food stall. Its very typical in Bali.
We order mee goreng for 7000 IDR. This is the original indo mee. Taste really good and unique. Cooked with vegetables, egg and top shredded chicken floss together with fried shallots
We also bought some assortments of fried tau fu, banana and vegetables for 3000 IDR
To my surprise, the tau fu was stuffed with rice vermicelli. It's crispy on the outside, chewy texture on the inside. This unfamiliar texture is something new to my tongue. Anyway, its tasteless. Hahahha.. They should have cooked the vermicelli with shrimp and spices.
After our meal, we head back to Seminyak and stuck in a jam like everyone.
8:00pm
Seminyak here I come! Full with restaurant, pub & famous retail shop - Seminyak is the nightlife of Bali.
We went to Bintang to stock up some food. No camera, no smoking etc etc but DOG ARE OK to enter. Seriously, the guard, cashier and sales person seems to know the dog.
We got hungry again.. So we head for supper. We ate Soto Ayam by the road side stall. Cost 7000 IDR
Followed by Ayam Satay which cost 10,000 IDR. The size of each satay is much smaller and served with crushed peanut sauce with sambal. Indonesia satay are served with white rice instead of lontong or nasi impit
In addition, we bought nasi campur for 3000. The packet contains sambal, peanut, ikan bilis, rice and mee!
What should I eat? A must to try the Soto Ayam and Satay Ayam. Don't try nasi campur, its tasteless
