Reach the restaurant at 8pm and greeted by a Nepalese worker who understand stand chinese.
What does Awet means? Many Thai restaurant seems to carry that word. This is the same restaurant as Sawadee which I review last week. But this time we went to a different branch in Taman Yulek instead.
The restaurant is pack with people. The ambience have a nice warm feeling but the color makes my white balance gone awry.
Tom Yam is my favorite dish. Its sour and little spicy. It has a strong taste of lemon grass with fresh sea food.
All Thai restaurant give Pandan flavored ice water. Its believe that the drink could reduce cholesterol and hypertension.
Spicy and sour steam Red Snapper. The fish is constantly hot as it is placed on top of a hot plate with burning charcoal heating the plate. But but taste is normal only.
Fried squids is my favorite of all. The sweet and sour peanut sauce goes very well with the squid. I added another bowl of because of the squids.
Total damage done was RM58 (fish expensive)
Should I try? Yes, eat the fried squid!!!
